Doctor Alex is a Ugandan herbalist and traditional healer. Using plants that he administers in powder, drink or smoke, he claims to be able to cure his patients from cancer, COVID-19, HIV and other diseases.
In his visits, he applies technical treatments but also spiritual therapies. He bases his medicine philosophy on the "intertwined cares" which combines technology, African religions and traditional medicine. For him, each plant is a healing faculty of God that must be prayed regularly.
